Our second story balcony was pulling away from the house; once the house was releveled it was tedious to even step on. Joe took the entire balcony down, redesigned it, and rebuilt it So Much Better than the original structure, and he even found ways to save us money in doing so. When we accumulate funds for the deck/porch build, our first call will be Joe.

Josephus came to us by way of recommendation from our realtor in our efforts to refinish the texture and color of a concrete pool deck. He was very responsive and worked up a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Josephus also took the time to explain what he was proposing in terms of materials and expectations relative to timeline to begin work and to complete it. All tracked according to plan until the winter weather proved to be a challenge - which extended the job completion time through no fault of Terra Firma. Honestly, 5-star isn't sufficient. Working with Joseph was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a home renovation vendor and I've worked with dozens of them. Ever. Seriously. I had met with 6 other potential deck installers before Joseph and none of them came close to offering what Joseph offered in terms of craftsmanship, creativity, attention to detail, and thankfully, affordable pricing. Joseph and his crew of 3 went above-and-beyond for our project: a total tear down and complete replacement of our aging, structurally unsafe 2-story backyard deck of about 1200 sq. feet that was neglected for years by the former owner.
