Natalie is by far the best there is. We were so comfortable with her and her knowledge. We were in a very competitive situation with the property. I was so impressed when she went over every detail of the inspection with us to make sure we were good with going forward. She made us feel at ease and calmed our nerves when needed. Natalie Virdell was deeply knowledgeable and was a great communicator. She told us what we need to make our house marketable. Her suggestions were right on track. She sold our house within the period she said it would take to sell. She had great insight into negotiating the offers we received. I would absolutely use Natalie again. They answer their phone and are very professional in the real estate business. If they are not familiar with a property, they will get back to you with answers. Great customer service.
