Our experience with Tejas has been one of the worse experiences. We purchased & had them install vinyl flooring over stained concrete flooring, in an effort to support small, local businesses. Since we were in the process of an addition, Tejas installed in our original home; our contractor installed in the addition. While we understand Tejas may not want to own up to work performed on the addition, they have made NO attempt to stand behind the 15 year warranty and the work they performed in the original home.

Ladies were super nice and helpful so they get stars, manager bad vibes from him....yelling at an employee (or on phone) total disregard for customers no business etiquette (unproffesional)
