I have ordered twice from sheryl's for funerals. I have not been impressed with either order. The first time I ordered a floral arrangement they were out of the large primary flower and did not substitute it, leaving a hole in the arrangement. I was so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement before the service for my best friend's dad. I received a partial refund. I decided to give them another chance since they are local. This time I ordered a potted ivy. For the amount I paid, i expected the plain black container to at least be put in colored foil like florist often do with some type of bow. When I saw the plant at the service I was again disappointed.
I used Sheryl's Flowers yesterday afternoon to send flowers to a family member in Livingston, TX. I had a bad experience with another florist that went sideways and was super concerned about getting the quality and delivery on time.
Well, the staff at Sheryl's did an AMAZING job and went above and beyond to ensure the bouquet was beautiful and flowers were delivered in just a few hours! I was so pleased and will use them again for sure!
I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered to her home because I live in Nevada now and wanted to do something nice for Mother’s Day. They had the order made and delivered in less than 3 hours and my mom absolutely loved them. Couldn’t be happier with this place!
