Rocky came by today to do an inspection and I was out in the driveway cutting up a huge tree limb that came down last night due to the gusty winds here on the peninsula in Indian Hills. He and his help completed the inspection and came over and took over the tree removal and stacked all the debris (a lot) which took them an additional 1 1/2hours . I don't think that this was included in his job description but he was a lifesaver, said he was glad to help as he was caught up for the day. Great customer service, I called the owners to report the same and their response was that they were glad they could help. Great company and employees, best of the best.
