We connected with Roger at View Homes in April of this year and after searching through numerous new build communities and comparing vs older/ establish homes, we decided to build through View Homes. The numerous amenities included surprised us (amazon drop box, work bench in garage, AC in garage, smart house, 2 ceiling fans, separate AC unit controls for the master, dog door, storage shelf installed in the garage, etc.) as many other companies we spoke to charged extra for these items. At a baseline, there are several floor plans and color palettes to choose from, and there are so many windows!
