I recently had a visit with PA Cervantes for an episode I had with my IBS. As usual, she was very helpful and reassuring. She counseled me on my continued care and refilled my medication. We will continue my care in three months. On my way out I saw my favorite Gastroenterologist, Dr. Piesman. He is never too busy to say hello to his patients. He came and wished me a good day and asked how I was doing.
My husband and I are both patients and will continue to see him and PA Cervantes.
Everyone was wonderful just the nurse who helped me during recovery needs to be more patient and not rush I honestly don’t remember drinking juice could have chocked and don’t remember her removing I v so clearly I was not really awake. Other than that everything was great.
I'm infrequently at doctor offices and didn't know what to expect. The staff was efficient, helpful and kind. Each step was thoroughly explained when i had questions. Dr. Spearman was thorough and informative in the follow up meeting, he had a genuine concern. overall great experience all around.
