Every experience I've had with Dr. Rosedale has always been great, willing to work with me on natural treatments, if possible. My adult children see him as well. All staff, with the exception of the extremely rude woman who takes the calls for appointments, are wonderful. It's tough to call in though, because I know the call will not be a pleasant experience, every time.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosedale for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the Doctors and Staff at this office. Not one member of the Staff has ever treated me rudely. Every staff member has been courteous and cheerful and make my visits calming and relaxing (l have White-Coat syndrome). I will mention that I’ve always been seen between 5-10 minutes after arrival, with the exception of one time when Dr. Rosedale had an emergency with another patient.Both Dr. Rosedale and Dr. Cannon are excellent doctors and have a good rapport with their patients (when Dr Rosedale is called away or on vacation, I will see Dr. Cannon).
