When I tell you the front desk was able to handle my ease and worry about the procedure and insurance before I came in is what sold me. Also Dr. Carmichael is a class act I see why his patients love him. I was so at ease and felt really good about my treatment plan!!!

While visiting from out of state for my grandson’s McKinney HS graduation, I broke a lower molar and needed immediate attention… Dr. Carmichael and his professional team worked me into their busy schedule in less than a day. The staff was(and is)very friendly and understanding to my needs and discomfort. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Carmichael. His excellent chair side manner and his ability to fully explain my situation and how he would proceed put me completely at ease. Had a very pleasant visit last week for my annual cleaning. Very professional dentist, caring, and detailed. Agnieszka Szumska, the dental hygienist did an amazing job.
