This was our first visit, but will not be the last. Course condition is immaculate, but very challenging. The scenery and abundant wildlife make it very unique experience to be so close to the hustle of the dfw. Overall a 10/10 golf course.

Great golf course in Lipan on the Brazis River. Fairways were in great shape. Greens had been recently berated but were in decent shape considering. Lots of shade from abundant oak trees. Fair amount of water hazards on the course. All in all, a very enjoyable course.

Wonderful course in great shape. I went on a very wet day so obviously path only. Aside from some flooding on one hole, which frankly was outside of their control, the course was immaculate. On a nice weather day this course would be a gem. Would recommend 10/10. Fun layout, challenging but fair, awesome staff, checks all the boxes.
