“It was my first visit and an emergency at that for my 14 y o dog and best buddy. I'm giving 4 ☆ for the receptionist & the Amazing, compassionate,patient, non judgemental , all around fantastic vet tech a young guy with glasses who made me feel welcome despite knowing I didn't have a fat bank account . He treated me with respect & kindness just like our dogs do.Unfortunately, I wasn't welcomed with that same type of acceptance from Dr Koten.I realize one person, especially one in my current life situation will not make any difference to you, but that's fine with me, You don't know anything about me and my dog does and he loves , I've mattered to him, he matters to me.Thank you for your time today.May you continue to be so blessed.“

“I truly have to say that this was the best Vet we have ever been to. We moved to TX from a big city and it was very hard adjusting at first. Our dog was getting very sick and every day it seemed like there was something new wrong. From the front desk to Doc, they are all around amazing people. They take time with the animals and give the best advice! We boarded are dog quite a few times for vacation reasons and even though he is terrified of vets (separation anxiety) they did a great job with him! We will definitely miss them taking care of our boy! Highly recommend!! 10/10!“

“Our puppy, Little Bit, came down with a nasty stomach bug that left him worse for wear on a Friday…of course. My husband and I were scrambling to have him seen as we are new to the area. Lindale Vet Clinic was able to get him in and help him get back to his normal self. They went above and beyond to take care of our puppy which included keeping him over the weekend with tech monitoring. He gave us quite the scare but knew he was in great hands and would be well cared for. The staff also checked in with us the day after he went home to ensure he was making progress. He has almost made a full recovery. We are very blessed that Lindale Vet Clinic was there to help us out in our time of need. The staff is friendly and considerate. The facility is VERY clean and well kept (including the smell), not to mention well decorated. The pricing is competitive and affordable. The doctors and techs have wonderful bedside manner and are very knowledgeable. We appreciate all they have done for us and will definitely have our continued business.“
