Highly recommend Dr. Keith and Erin. Great service. Dr. Keith has proven to be an excellent provider for the last several years. Erin is a very excellent and gentle dental hygienist. All the office staff is very positive, friendly, and make you feel welcome and appreciated. If nice to be greeted with a smile and positive greeting upon arrival.

Was not told in advance that their office did not accept GEHA which is the Federal Employee Dental Insurance. Had to pay $384 for initial cleaning and X-rays. In my entire career with Federal Government, I have never had to pay more than $30 for cleaning and X-rays. Would very much appreciated being told in advance that this dentist did not accept Federal insurance. BTW, this is the same insurance that all of congress has, possibly even the president. I’m sure Dr Clay is a good dentist but office staff should have told me in advance. There are other good dentists in Smith County and I will find one.

Dr. Keith and his staff went above and beyond to assist my son after a baseball incident that knocked a couple of teeth out. They got us in quickly for an appointment, showed empathy for the situation and my teens concerns, and were very friendly!We appreciate you and everything you have doneDr. Keith! Thank you!!!!
