My wife and I went three times during a week we were visiting relatives in the area. Plenty of equipment and variety. Coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.Overall, impressive gym
Visited here over Christmas and dropped in. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly coaches. Will come back again.Updated 12/21: second time coming back to the same place. They moved locations so you can see they are growing. Always a good signNate (owner) super friendly and very welcoming again. Highly recommend this gym for the culture and mindset.
I’ve been a member since the doors opened and i haven’t looked back. The coaches are very knowledgeable and can work with any fitness level. I highly recommend visiting the gym and giving CrossFit a try. It truly is a gym for anybody!
