Had a serious gaming rig with a custom liquid cooling loop for the CPU, but lately was seeing freeze frames in games and had some coolant leaks, so I took it to Liberty Hill Computer for repairs. They were able to confirm that the reservoir pump had gone out and gave me options for repair. I opted to scrap the custom loop for an AIO liquid cooler instead which they bought and installed for me. They also did a full system scan to allay my fears about a possible rootkit virus or malware and after some tests it looked like the possible cause of my freeze frames may have been my GPU card as a test card was not showing similar behavior. They charged me a more than reasonable rate for everything and were able to return the system to me within the week. When I got it home, however, I had an additional surprise as I was no longer seeing the freeze frames even with my existing GPU card. Either the thermal issues may have been causing them or there was some minor alignment problem with the GPU seating on the motherboard when I brought it in, but it looks like Liberty Hill Computer got that fixed as well! It's even operating quieter than when I had the custom cooling loop! Want to thank Joel for everything he did to get my rig working again. If you're anywhere near the Liberty Hill area with computer issues, I can definitely recommend Liberty Hill Computer!

The team at LH Computer are so helpful, and professional! They installed access points in our home to get internet streamlined everywhere in the house, also giving us parents control of turning off the internet with one simple toggle to “off” if needed ;)….. to just our children’s devices!
