Austin Regional Clinic: ARC Liberty Hill

I have been with ARC for years - probably 25. Started with Anderson Mill, where I was quite pleased with my Dr. there. She left and I moved so I started going to the Cedar Park location. Over the years, as with most folks, the level of care we receive is pretty pathetic. The Dr's I have seen at Cedar Park since the departure of Dr. Kuhnti, have probably spent a total of about 30 minutes with me - this is cumulative over the past 3 years and I've been there multiple times. Highly recommended. My family receives primary care here including myself, wife, elderly mother (family medicine physician, Patel), and newborn daughter (pediatrician, Winful). This clinic exceeds all expectations in facilities and care. The ARC online portal is pretty good too, relative to other patient portal / EMR systems.

So Far have had several follow-ups, book early, and usually never waited over fifteen minutes to get in. From recently moving into the area; it's a decent location out of the many they have around Austin. Only negative this faciality has had issues with is sending/receiving my medical documents in a timely manner (Two/Three Weeks looks to be the Norm). So defiantly call ahead often to make sure transfers went through before committing to a date.
