I use a lot of contractors and Bill at the Grass Patch knocked it out like pros. They deliver premium product, show up with a strong team and push through hard until it is completely done. I priced these guys against Craigslist, Facebook and do it myself. It costs about 10-20% more to get pro level work. They truly loved on my yard while they were here. Everyone had a role with a leader driving it all home. Make sure to get a water variation permit from your city or county before you start so you can water everyday for a couple of weeks. Great place! Great people! My back yard had turned into a mess. I bought 3 pallets of Palisade Zoysia and installed. The grass has done fantastic! The folks at Grass Patch are absolutely fantastic! So helpful! I reserved grass on Friday for the following Monday. As promised, it was there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my landscaping!
