I replaced my water heater today 2-16-23. The water heater is in the attic.I still can't believe that this was done. I had damage about 25 years agofrom a hot water heater that was in the garage that backed up to a bedroom.there was a lot of damage. So I replaced my hot water heater in the attic to a tankless water heater today! My house is 9 years old. I just didn't want to go through another experience with the water heater. Eddie and Corey came to replace the water heater to a tankless water heater.My experience with Eddie was amazing. The communication was excellent!Eddie was available to talk with me by phone and text. Eddie and Coreywas on time, you can tell they take pride in their work everything was neatly done. I cannot say enough good things about them. They take pride in their work. Good old fashion customer service, that you don't find today. I highly recommend this Company. Red Dog service was great. The turn around response time was quick. Unclogging my sink and the reconfiguration of the p. trap and piping under the kitchen sink works great and looks good.Cris B.
Eddie is amazing! I clogged the sink up with eggshells on Thanksgiving. I called him that day and he answered. I explained it wasn't an emergency so he came over the next day and unclogged my sink.
