DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you give them ANY money, they won't give it back. It's theft plain and simple. I've had to threaten to go to court at this point because they are refusing to refund $6,000 for a job that was never performed and because of their complete lack of communication and very POOR customer service. After two weeks of waiting on a refund, I was told that I'm emotional, angry, upset, etc. Both Robert and his wife Stephanie have said these things to me verbally over the phone. With the boom in the Home Improvement industry connecting with the right people can feel impossible. When I called ProStar I was given an appointment time for an initial consultation a couple weeks out. I used this time to draw up ideas, floorplans, and even had my kid render my ideas in SIMS 4!The project manager named Carlos met me at my home right on time. We talked through my extensive list of ideas, concerns, and questions. He did a walkthrough, took photos and measurements, and then provided me with thoughtful insights on how we could be more effective with the space. Pro Star did my Master Bath remodel and other repairs for a newly purchased home. Robert was super easy to work with, his work crews were hard working and professional. They addressed everything we encountered beyond the contracted work. Bathroom looks amazing and I would definitely use Pro Star again for next reno project.Services: Tile work installation
