We were blown away by the final result of our new roof installed by Preferred Elite Construction, but the journey to get there was a bit bumpy. Despite an impressive sales process, we encountered some communication hiccups and delays that caused minor frustration along the way. However, the end product is absolutely stunning – our new roof looks fantastic! While the project management and communication could use some improvement, the quality of the materials and workmanship shines through.
