My son is currently getting treatment from Dr. Ryan and it is going great! The whole staff is warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make things easy and smooth and always make sure you understand whats going on and what you need to be doing at home. My daughter has been seen by them the past 2 years and will yearly until she's ready as well. Definitely recommend Pendleton to anyone who is thinking about teeth straightening.
My family and I love Pendleton Ortho.The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. My kids seriously look forward to visiting. They all do a great job of explaining treatment plans and allow you plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The communication with them has been fantastic.We’ve had a few incidents where wires broke and I have been able to get my son in really quickly. The team really cares for the comfort of its patient and do what they can do get us in.I feel confident in Dr. P’s treatment options and plans. I feel like he’s got our best interest at heart.
Our kids have been going there for over two years and so far so good. The process has been smooth. The staff is very friendly! The one who stands out the most and makes our visits more enjoyable is the receptionist, Maisie! She's always so positive and happy and she always has away of putting us in a better mood.
