Andrew, is the real deal! From my experience most web developers want money upfront, then you receive a short initial consultation. Once that's done, good luck getting a return phone call about progress of your site or exchanging ideas for the site. Andrew was in constant contact with me in regards to ideas for our website. He was personable, professional and honest! It's nice to know they're people like him still out there, there's a reason he's been in business since 1999!
