Disappointed. didn't listen at all at what I wanted, I specifically said i hate my hair short, so i asked to leave my length under my shoulders, my hair was long under my shoulder blades, i just needed like 3 inches haircut, i said i wanted long letters, turns out i walked out of there with my hair cut at my shoulder, and the leyers are just under my neck, i hate it, is not at all what i asked for or wanted. I'm never going back.
I LOVE the way my hair turned out!! Tinka was so welcoming and professional. She did a haircut, signature balayage, and style and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product! Needed hair cut and styled. I am always nervous about having my hair cut but absolutely love what Trisha did. She cut and styled it with beautiful long layered curls. I went back a week later just to have her shampoo and curl it again. I’ll go ever opportunity i can. My grey hair is beginning to blend in with the blonde and it looks awesome.
