​My sister and I flew down to Austin for a wedding and wanted to treat ourselves to professional hair and makeup to take some of the stress off a super busy weekend. From the moment I reached out, Sharon was an absolute dream! She was the quickest to respond out of everyone we contacted, and she so patiently and sweetly answered all of my random questions (I rarely get my hair and makeup done, so I was a bit clueless!). Her pricing was incredibly reasonable, and her communication was flawless throughout.
​Then came the real test: two nights before the wedding, our ceremony time suddenly changed. I had to reach out to her late that evening to see if we could move our 10:30 AM start time earlier. Sharon was so incredibly flexible and gracious, agreeing to come early without a second thought. And the best part? She came directly to our hotel room!

She also turned me on to REF Stockholm hair products which I love and have been using for the last 4 years. Now that I've stopped coloring my hair, Lindsey has been guiding me through my silver and gray journey. She also did keratin which was very gentle.

“I'm very happy with my stylist, Christy Huber. I looked high and low for someone who will work with my very thick hair and not just want to thin it all out! After 2+ years coming here I have noticed, though that all the stylists are working independently, just in the same space. I don't see much interaction and the setup is not really ideal for much collaboration. When I asked if nail services were available I was told they are 'full', and those services have not been offered since. No one except my stylist ever greets me. No receptionist and appointments are booked direct with each stylist. This salon could be awesome but.........“
