I've been going to ElevateFit now for 90 days. Being a "senior" it was hard for me to get going to a gym. But the Coaches at Elevate give me the drive to show up and keep it up. I love all the times for sessions, there's so many. I wish I had gotten started sooner.
I am so glad I found Elevate! I broke my back about 9 years ago and I have been making it a priority to get my health back in order. I struggle with pain every time I work out. Elevate has been awesome about modifying my workouts so I can build back my strength while not continuing to hurt myself. All of the trainers are really supportive and truly care about your fitness journey no matter where you are and the members are always friendly and welcoming. Love this gym!
