I was so glad to see a Pilates studio open close to me! I’ve loved every type of class I’ve been to and all of the staff do a great job of making everyone feel welcome, no matter where you’re starting from. I highly recommend the heated classes if you want to try something!
Great gym with a strong community, the classes are challenging and noticeable results were achieved quickly. I am particularly grateful for the increased back and core strength as a direct result of my training at Elevate in just a few short months.
My wife and I joined a Senior Fit class. Our trainer provides a different workout each session. No monotony. She helps us maintain proper form and keeps track of repetitions. It’s a safe and effective workout and a better value for us than a personal trainer or a walk-in gym.
