Jeremy is honest, punctual, and efficient. When I called, he was booked full, but I explained my predicament, and he decided to squeeze me in late in the day. He was able to locate the necessary part and get me back up and running in no time. Having no a/c when its almost 100 degrees outside and getting almost that hot inside was a source of high stress and anxiety, but Jeremy told me not to worry, that it was an easy fix. I have added Jeremy and Bluebonnet to my list of home maintenance contacts, because I want to be sure that next time I have a heating/ cooling issue, I remember to call him. Very polite, professional owner.. excellent quality work, reasonable pricing, great communication... came out to save the day for me when my a/c stopped cooling during 100 degree temps... went above and beyond... couldn't be more pleased... added Bluebonnet and Jeremy to my contacts to guarantee that next time I have a heating/cooling issue, I call these guys... In a world of companies who don't give a sh!t, it nice to work with people who do. please patronize small businesses like this... and especially these guys - this company is a winner.
