From the first contact with Apache to the final, thank you, handshake, the process was outstanding. Everything went on schedule, smoothly, and was a very pleasant experience. Mike, (Kobe) and Xavier, (Shaq) were beyond professional, friendly, expedient and on task. I can't recommend Apache, of Leander, and their staff highly enough! Moving stinks and I don't want to do it again for a long time but, when I do, Apache will be the first call I make. Thanks again guys!!!
Normally, I do not do recommendations or reviews on Facebook; however, reading through the recommendations and comments that have been posted, I felt it was necessary to provide our experience with Apache Moving. Our move was from one city to another 4 hours away. When we were talking to several moving companies and getting quotes, Apache was the only one that took the time to go over the inventory with me and provided a very fair estimate. All other companies we discussed the move with, gave us anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000. I am not sure where the individuals who have said they were over priced because they certainly are not. Before anyone says that I don’t know what I am talking about…this was the 11th move we may have made. Trust me when I say, I know what is expected. The 2 guys who showed up for the move were supposed to be there between 8 am and 9 am; however, I received a phone call before 9 letting me know they were a bit behind schedule and would be there at 9:30. This was not an issue. Things happen and the important thing was for them to be safe. Once they arrived, they worked hard!! (And to address a comment about smelling of w**d, shame on you). I made sure any damage that was already done to the furniture, I wrote down as they should not be blamed for anything they didn’t cause. There was one minor issue and that was not a big deal. Again, making sure the safety of the 2 guys was priority. We loaded and unloaded same day. We made sure to provide lunch and dinner for them as well. They didn’t ask us to or hint at us that they expected us too. They worked nonstop. We didn’t offload until almost 10pm. They made sure the 4 girls furniture was positioned exactly how they wanted. We have a special needs teen daughter and they were amazing with her!! Reading the comments from some of you makes me wonder if humanity is a lost cause. These are human beings and mistakes will happen. Making accusations on individuals and businesses has repercussions that cannot always been corrected. With that being said, the comments about the owners. They both not only cared about how our move was done but how the guys were. Terry was genuine in speaking with Deandre about unloading later. I always commend management and owners for doing the right thing. I say all of this to express our gratitude and appreciation for the entire team with Apache. If we ever need to move again, they will be our first phone call. Thank you to the team at Apache Moving!
October 2023, Chris and Josh R moved my daughter (twice) outstanding work. We have used Apache movers about 6 times in 9 years, repeat customers as you can see. I highly recommend them-accurate,friendly and professional.
