Had a problem with my heater that was installed 11 months ago by Air Velocity under different ownership. Called Roy, the new owner, in the morning about the problem and he responded to my house the same morning. One of the first things he said to me after he arrived was that my HVAC system was still under warranty and that he would honor that warranty 100 percent. No haggling and no arguing; just like a true professional. He fixed the problem and remained at the house until I was satisfied that the problem was fixed and he provided me with expert instruction on how to avoid future problems. I had a fantastic experience with Roy’s Air Velocity Air Conditioning and Heating Services! I called Roy this morning with an HVAC issue, and he was at my house within an hour of my reaching out. He quickly assessed the situation, identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently.
If you have any HVAC concerns or needs, I highly recommend giving him a call. Roy is incredibly responsive, professional, and his prices are very reasonable. It’s rare to find this level of service and reliability these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!
