I have had 3 home inspections done in my life and Chris at A-PLUS has by far done the most thorough job I've ever seen. He spends almost the entire day with various equipment to find everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Some items are just good to knows and does not need to be fixed but he documents them for you anyway. He is easy to talk to and explains in detail his reports. I would 100% recommend Chris to anyone that's looking for a home inspection.

After having several other inspection services fall through I was referred to a friend to A-PLUS. I gave them a text and a call and within 30 minutes Chris Chitsey called me back, scheduled an inspection, and got me taken care of.The day of the inspection Chris was on-time and talked me through the process. He was clear, thorough, easy to understand, and genuine. He then asked us about our specific concerns and things we had noticed and took great care to listen and discus those items with us.
