Nicolas from Texas Superior Inspections performed the inspection on my new home. Nicolas explained to me in detail the entire procedure, communicating frequently, and made me comfortable to ask any questions and point out anything that I noticed (though anything I noticed was already on his report.) He did an extremely comprehensive and thorough inspection and pointed out all the small issues with the house and property. His report was very easy to read and understand, with detailed notes and pictures. Extremely happy that I went with Texas Superior Inspections, they truly are superior, I highly recommend them.

We are very happy with TSI. They worked quickly to get the inspection done so we could be in our home by Christmas. Monte and Nic took their time and thoroughly inspected our future home, top to bottom with great attention to detail. The report was done quickly and included pictures. They were very friendly and courteous when we had questions. We highly recommend Texas Superior Inspections. Five stars!

Monte and Nick did a great job. Professional, quick, and though. We felt comfortable with the decencies that Monte and Nick identified and there have been no surprises since closing!!!A great job, and will definitely hire them again in the future!!!
