Nick & Monte with TSI were great to work with. Very responsive, flexible, and very affordable compared to other inspection companies in that area. We had them do a home inspection on a large property with multiple buildings that we are purchasing; they took their time, provided a detailed verbal report on site and stayed longer to answer all our questions. We got the official report the same day with multiple follow up from TSI to make everything was good for us.
Nicolas from Texas Superior Inspections performed the inspection on my new home. Nicolas explained to me in detail the entire procedure, communicating frequently, and made me comfortable to ask any questions and point out anything that I noticed (though anything I noticed was already on his report.) He did an extremely comprehensive and thorough inspection and pointed out all the small issues with the house and property.
