As a Journeyman Plumber in the State of Texas. I came into Home Depot looking for help in putting together an ice maker water line connecting to the existing cold water side. Your associate Mr. James went above and beyond the call of duty. He not only located the parts and explained in such detail very quickly on how this could be put together. This communication and action made my experience at Home Depot the most pleasant in my seven years as a plumber. Thank you Mr. James I hope somehow this gets to you. More power more doing Home Depot

Home Depot needs to train some employees on where things are, I asked 4 different employees where the replacement batteries were for a riding lawnmower, one said they did not sell them separately, 2 said isle 42 where the lawnmower accessories were and finally one told me they were in the tool rental department.

The service was very good overall but the staff was somewhat distracted. The item that I wanted to pickup was visible to me but I had to wait for the staff to find a cart to take my item to my vehicle. I had a 1pm pickup time.
