I had exceptional care today. I was honestly not expecting it, being Monday on a holiday week. I was met with compassion and customer service at every step in my appointment. What could have been half of my day in the emergency room, was an hour and a half in and out bandaged up with my prescription waiting at the pharmacy. I apologize I didn't remember the names of the ladies that helped me today, because they deserve a shout out! Thank you Urgent Care TX!
I went here because my doctors office could not see me. The receptionist guy was amazing. He was nice and polite. The assistant and nurse in the back made me feel comfortable and we’re very professional. The Doctor lady was good and Thorough. She was professional and very personable. We even shared a little joke in good taste. I will definitely go back here!!?
Great service even if they about to close. Like the professionalism, patience, care, and many other qualities that each and every worker and provider have in this facility. Thank you for all your help to the community and the passion for completing your help on each patient throughout their needs.
