Living in Midland, I was having a difficult time getting my work truck service done. The places here either didn't have a mechanic or the wait time was over 6 weeks. I called the Service Manager and verified they accepted my company fleet account and set up an appointment to drop off the truck at the beginning of my days off. At the same time I let them know what day I was coming back. They were able to get all the 100K mile maintenance done in this time by Ford Certified techs.
