I used their affiliate termi trol for a pest inspection on a new home I was purchasing. Was somewhat satisfied with their service until I had a house leveling company come out and crawl under my house, then come out and tell me that there’s obvious termite damage. After looking back at termi trol’s paperwork post inspection, they claimed they had no clear access to the crawl space. Even though there is an obvious removable lattice on the side of my house. Had any communication been done, I.e. scheduling with me when they were conducting the inspection, or a phone call to ask when they were on site to inquire about a crawl space access point.
