If I could have left zero starts I would have. Completely rude, my father age of 65 , with high blood pressure called earlier today to make an appointment , he was spoken to in a very aggressive manner and rude tone from the front desk lady. Practically yelled at him and barely let him speak. Unprofessional and disrespectful!!

Front desk people are rude and incompetent. I had to physically go in face to face to get an appt. after leaving several messages. They messed up on my insurance. Never called to check status. But, I do like my dr.

Doctor is great, front desk is horrible. If she, the obese, blonde, short woman checking patients in that is very rude and lazy hates her job so much or don't like people, GO HOME! and don't come back. The phlebotomist didn't wear gloves, couldn't find my vein in my arm and I almost passed out from her digging in my arm.
