I rented a piece of equipment and never received the bill, when the equipment was picked up there was no bill. I was told it would be mailed to me. I asked 2 months later for the bill, it was never received. 2 months later, I now receive a past due notice. Their reason was that is was a quickbooks error. I would have just preferred an "I'm sorry that should have not happened, we messed up, please forgive us." No it somehow my fault that they never sent the bill.

Would not have had any idea of dealing with the insurance company without his guidance. He and his staff also provided good ideas when remodeling. Very happy with results when all complete.

Project not finished yet but so far we have been pleased. Things taking longer than we like (it is still within the time estimate they gave us) but have good communication with the project manager about what will happen when. Very upfront about costs. Would use them again if we had the need.
