I worked with Rick Crawford to have a water softener installed into the garage of our new home. After an initial phone call (where he provided me more information than I ever wanted to know about water softening lol), we had the installation day scheduled. The install was fast and quick, with a SHORT 30-second walkthrough on how to maintain the system. We were pleased with our service and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Obviously, we will see how everything works long term (including any required service). We're happy so far though :).

The lake pump for our irrigation system stopped working over the winter. In the Spring I called Kelly to get someone to look at it. The next day he had his crew at our house. They quickly found several problems including broken pipe from the winter freeze and the pump itself was broken. Kelly gave me two options and estimates that evening. Since our system was 26 years old, we chose to have him replace everything (pump, motor, PVC piping, wiring and relay box). His crew was out the next morning and got the job done.
