Falls AC and Heating seems to be the best in the business. David, the owner, fixed my unit. He always came with a mask, was polite and informative. He never tried to sell me one thing. He actually came in to fix broken equipment that the previous company left in disrepair, and the previous company tried selling me a whole lot of BS equipment and cleaning services. NOT FALLS!!! David took care of the problem amidst his own families' heating struggles (this was during the coldest days of the year when 4 million Texans lost power in Feb. 2021) and found an open parts store when most were closed. He was even going to give me a brand new unit, but the set up of my home requires Sheetrock to be pulled out in order for that to happen. David fixed the issue in a timely manner. He answered calls and texts without delay. I hope angels surround this man and his family and his company. I am so happy and grateful to have heat and I highly recommend this company!
