Started taking my jeans there for a extra heavy starch and crease but they only do what they call sizing and that is absolutely nothing like extra heavy starch. After several drops at the cleaners I had decided on finding somewhere else to do business and on my last pick up of two pairs of jeans which were not even creased. The stores attendant was very nice to offer a discount and she explained throughly what the issue was and offered to make it right but I decided that cleaners is not for me. I’ve used this company several times and they’re usually great until the last couple of times I’ve used them. I’ve used them to clean handbags and they turned out great as well as having clothes dry cleaned without any issues but I don’t know what the deal is with them lately. I took in 4 bags to be cleaned and they don’t look like they were touched and I recently took a jacket to be cleaned and it looked worse than it did before I took it in. The short girl that works the front desk was rude and short with me for no reason when I brought the jacket in and I brushed it off as a possible bad moment but she was just as rude when I came to pick it up. I took a dress to be altered because it was way too long and I asked the young lady who took my dress in to make sure that they would return the pieces they were cut off because I needed to make a belt for that dress. I specifically told her make sure you do it .I stood there and she said she put it in the computer and I told her it’s very important that they know this. Well needless to say when I got the dress back they did not have the extra material which was very upsetting because now my dress has no belt that I was going to have made for it. The young lady Gabriella apologize of course but I told her to call over there to make sure that they might still have it.... read full review
