She was available to answer all of our questions, help us choose palms that matched our wants/needs, pulled some beautiful trees, and was very honest in steering us away with trees that wouldn’t work for our landscape/area. Great experience from the beginning through installation. Jacob and his team really listened and helped guide us to the perfect trees within our budget. On installation day they took their time and made sure everything was done with a lot of care. Very good with responding to questions and always willing to make themselves available. We will be buying some more trees from Palm Professionals!
Excellent selection of Palms of all kind. We settled on a Florida Sable and could not be more pleased.
The Sales team is very knowledgeable and takes great care explaining the different varieties of trees and how to care for them.
The installation crew did a fantastic job getting the tree in the backyard and in the ground. They even took away the dirt from the hole. Big help there.
They provide a warranty and follow up care visits to ensure the tree is thriving. This is all included in the price shown. No additional add on’s!
