Bill was polite and professional, from the first phone call to the end of the inspection, and after. I called him Monday and had the inspection scheduled the next day. Bill showed up on time and with all the tools he needed. To say he's thorough would be an understatement. He checked every nook and cranny, inside and out, on the roof, and all over the attic. Bill worked hard for hours checking everything. All the while he patiently answered every question I had. I could see the benefit of his decades of experience. I was definitely happy with my decision to go with Bill and Global Real Estate Inspectors. I had my full inspection report the next day, with pictures and details. We had him do a housing inspection for us. He was professional and explained everything to us. His report was well written with a lot of detail pictures. After he left we asked the sellers to open an area in the garage ceiling so it could be inspected for a water leak. He came back out and re-inspected the area again for no additional charge. I would highly recommend Bill Fossier for your housing inspection.
