We were ready for a new system after 12 years with Air Specialist and a system that they had installed and maintained every 6 months. We got offers from three other companies, including Air Specialist, and Steve at 32 below was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and honest of them all by a long shot. He was the 4th one to come and man was it a sigh of relief. He even did a detailed load calculation to accurately determine the size needed, which no one else did. Indeed, we were right on the border of the previous one being too small and overworked, and also had him widen one of the cold air returns to help with even air distribution in all rooms. Steve came to replace my AC unit and was so helpful and kind. He was prompt, fast at getting the job done, and went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend Steve and this company.

Steve went over and beyond to right a wrong that he had absolutely nothing to with in an effort to help me and family. His integrity and compassion for his customers are unmatched!! Our a/c is now working beautifully thanks to Steve!!!
