We were ready for a new system after 12 years with Air Specialist and a system that they had installed and maintained every 6 months. We got offers from three other companies, including Air Specialist, and Steve at 32 below was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and honest of them all by a long shot. He was the 4th one to come and man was it a sigh of relief. He even did a detailed load calculation to accurately determine the size needed, which no one else did.
