First visit to this place and I was impressed! They kindly worked me in as a new patient for a same-day appointment for an urgent problem. Not a long wait. Front staff friendly and helpful with atypical insurance carrier. Dr. Learned was incredibly nice, proficient and thorough. We will be back!

The staff were very helpful upon me walking in off the street. They aren't in my insurance network, but the lady was so kind to walk me through advice on what to seek out for my son and what would be great options/examples of what would work for his needs. She didn't have to help, but she did. Even knowing I was unlikely to purchase from them. She sat down and explained the lens thickness and what we should be looking for. I commend them for their customer service for someone they didn't have to help or advise. That speaks volumes to me.
