I’ve used this company in the past and have usually been very satisfied. However I recently had them out to cut a few small limbs in my backyard and unfortunately the pulldown shade on my patio was damaged. I understand that things happen, but the tear in the fabric was not there the morning of their arrival and it was after their departure that afternoon. They of course said that they did not do it, and I can’t prove that they did. Only logic, the process of elimination and witnessing the very fast paced, erratic/frenzied clean-up first hand when I arrived home. Accountability just isn’t a thing anymore. Makes a customer feel violated and compromised.
