We hired Jason Harley and Eagle Eye Roofing on 8/2023 to do a new roof for us.In my opinion, it was a very poorly done job.Jason was offered two opportunities to inspect the attic prior to doing the job, which he refused.A roof nail was driven through a water pipe, which ended up flooding our bathroom, which we are still in the process of repairing.Jason and his office manager have not replied to numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages to pay for the full extent of the damages.We recently brought out another roofer for an inspection, and were alarmed to discover the following defects with his new roof install:1) Felt paper was bunched up around a couple of the...read full review

I am truly appreciative of how quickly they came out and fixed a broken vent (was totally open to the sky): they started work less than 7 hours from my first call. But, I can't give a 5-star rating for two reasons: 1. Unfortunately I said yes a little too quickly and ended up paying 30-40% more because I didn't fully wait for the 2nd bid...but I wanted to keep my word so didn't cancel. 2. The communication was lacking in that it took two days to complete the repair (we thought it was done after one), and he woke up / scared my daughter on the second morning.
