I was having issue after issue with provider after provider, and the was never anyone to call, and email support was canned answers with NO HELP! And then I was referred to ACTWD, and they answered the phone with a live human. And they always answer the phone with a live human and I get tech support immediately! hotjackets has been a customer of Beth & ACTWD for over 11 years. The website has been running smoothly the entire time. I still am amazed at the service level at their cost point. Its a simple question to answer .. when asked .. ACTWD rules the hosting space.
