When I needed a website redesign for my business, I just happened to be approached by Williams Web Solutions around the same time. I had just acquired the business from the previous owners. Not only did he prepare a very beautiful website for me, but he has been a trusted ally and partner for computer services and IT. I didn't physically go into his business and get something repaired because I don't live in the area but he counseled me on helping to fix my problem (computer wouldn't turn on at all). I didn't think he would respond but he did and was really trying to help me.
