I get nervous getting anything done to my hair because cosmetologists can sometimes be judgmental or pushy but that was not a problem for me here at all. The staff were all welcoming and kind and i could tell they genuinely care. Ellie did a trim on my hair and took the time to get all my flyaways and stray hairs and i can definitely see and feel a difference. Fortunately, I've not had to cover any gray... YET, so I can't say first hand about mine, but have watched Dana dye hair several times and the final appearance has always been a true, natural hair color.
Oh, and when I decide on bangs, only Dana can cut and shape them to where I can do the styling myself once I'm home alone. Ha! That in itself adds 10 stars!!!
