Brady guaranteed that he would arrive at our Kilgore residence by 8. He gave us a call to let us know that he was on his way and, surprisingly, showed up a bit earlier than he had promised. In under 10 minutes, he was able to pinpoint and resolve the problem, which was thankfully not a blocked pipe, but a faulty faucet. Brady's speed, professionalism, and fair charge for an emergency same-day call were admirable. This plumbing company, now under new ownership, has continued to provide excellent service that I would highly recommend.
When my toilet sprung a leak just before the weekend, it was a real crisis. But within 20 minutes, Brady was on the scene, trying his best to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, the toilet was beyond repair. Brady quickly bought a new one and was back in a few hours. i overheard him on the phone, making adjustments to his other appointments for the day to ensure my emergency was taken care of. He was timely, did exactly as required and was polite and professional. I had a fantastic experience with this plumber in Kilgore and am grateful for his hard work.
